In 2015 Sean Claesgens took a phone to the water and began broadcasting the dawn. FloScope.tv™ became a gathering place — Super Bowl VIP, 17 million hearts, tens of thousands of subscribers, a 500th broadcast, and a community that still calls itself the FloScoper family.
