The work

A life spent becoming useful to other lives.

Sean Claesgens is the Founder and Managing Member of Claesgens Integrated, LLC, and the creator of FloScope™ — including FloScope.tv™, FloScope ECC & LMN™, the FloScope V-Book™ of Human Joy©, and Life Mastery Systems™.

He is an Executive VIP Life Coach, ethicist, trainer, and consultant. The public work is community, curriculum, and broadcast. The private work is Life Mastery Coaching™ and Life Mastery Consulting™ — available by application, not by funnel.

Before the coaching years, he built and sold a wealth-advisory practice serving high-net-worth families in New York and Florida, stewarding approximately $770 million in assets by 2004. He left at the top of that game because it was no longer the life he was willing to live. Two years of deep inner work followed. Then a second vocation: helping people and enterprises become congruent — inner honesty matching outer action.

In 2015 he pioneered FloScope.tv on Periscope: live sunrises from Florida, a global family of FloScopers, Super Bowl VIP moments, tens of millions of hearts, and a 500th broadcast. The revolt was never against anyone. It was for love, joy, and humanity.

More than ten years of severe autoimmune inflammatory process and tissue disease. Then a motor vehicle while on a bicycle: life-flight, nearly a year in hospitals, seven surgeries, a total hip replacement, sepsis and septic shock, near-death. That passage did not invent the mission. It burned away what was left of delay. The work now is FloScope ECC & LMN™, the 640-module Life Mastery Systems™ curriculum, and a founding circle of ten.

Inner honesty and integrity are my foundation.

Curiosity and adventure are my philosophy.

Path

A short history of a long apprenticeship.

  1. Age 5

    The inner path begins

Zen practice and martial arts take root. Curiosity, discipline, and presence become the through-line of a life.

  2. Age 22

    General Sales Manager

Early command of teams, commerce, and ethical selling — the first proving ground of leadership under pressure.

  3. 1990s–2004

    Wealth, estates, and succession

Registered investment advisor and fee-based planner. High-net-worth work across New York and Florida. By 2004, a practice stewarding approximately $770 million in assets — then sold, on purpose.

  4. 2004

    Claesgens Integrated, LLC

The holding company is formed. Two years of deep self-work follow. Coaching, ethics, and human systems become the vocation.

  5. 2015

    FloScope.tv is born

Pioneered on Periscope: live sunrises, a global family of FloScopers, tens of millions of hearts, and a 500th broadcast. A project for and about humanity.

  6. 2016–2024

    The furnace

More than ten years inside a severe autoimmune inflammatory process and tissue disease. Then a motor vehicle while on a bicycle: life-flight, nearly a year in hospitals, seven surgeries, a total hip replacement, sepsis and septic shock, near-death. The work did not end. It clarified.

  7. 2026

ECC, LMN, and the Premiere 10

FloScope.life opens the Evolutionary Collaboration Community & Life Mastery Network. Life Mastery Systems™ is taught in the Evolvement Zone. Ten founding seats are curated by hand.

Range

Thirty-five years in the field.

Finance and estate design. Retail at scale (Xpressions LLC). Automotive ethics (Cars, Inc.). Broadcasting. Business formation and advisory. The holding company exists so the work can stay clean: each venture under its own name, one ethic over all of them.

The person

Father. Student. Broadcaster of dawn.

A proud father of four. A student of human psychodynamics since dual enrollment at the University of Rochester and RIT. A practitioner of Zen and martial arts from childhood. He still meets the morning as if it were the first — because, for the inner life, it is.
